So where is the Democratic Republic of Congo?
Cong is in the Heart of the African Continent. Nyankunde is located on the Northeastern side of the country, not far from the Ugandan border. Actually if you want to get to Nyankunde, you must first fly into Uganda with an airline and then take a bush plane to the village of Nyankunde.

We have friends in Uganda we talked to about Pressure Canning meats and veg. They live in Kampala. Do you know of canner sales and canner supply sales in Uganda or anywhere in the continent?

We have looked for canning supplies here for years and have been unable to find them. About 3 years ago Game had some but they were bought out and have never been in stock again in the store. I also have never seen a pressure canner for sale, only pressure cookers. It is possible that South Africa or maybe Kenya have canning supplies but Im afraid I dont know if they do or not.
